Beyond Disability Services helps participants move safely from hospital into a suitable Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home.
We offer fast coordination, highly trained staff, and seamless communication across Victoria.
Our team facilitates safe, fast transitions for NDIS participants from hospital to suitable, long-term accommodation, working closely with families and discharge planners.
We offer expert, person-centred support designed to bridge the gap between hospital and home, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.

Located in the peaceful rural setting of Bacchus Marsh, our three modern, newly renovated units provide a comfortable and supportive environment for individuals with a disability to develop independent living skills. Each unit is fully equipped with its own facilities, allowing participants to experience greater autonomy while receiving the support they need. These units offer the perfect setting for a smooth and successful transition into Supported Independent Living (SIL), helping individuals build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our Cairnlea accommodation offers a range of facilities and opportunities to support individuals living with a disability in developing their independent living skills and broadening their everyday knowledge. Unlike our Bacchus Marsh units, Cairnlea is a larger home environment that provides access to additional supports and learning opportunities while still maintaining each resident's privacy and independence. The home features multiple private bedrooms, ensuring residents have their own personal space, comfort, and privacy even when sharing a home. Cairnlea location provides a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where individuals can build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards achieving their independent living goals.
